About the Toyota Prius

The Prius is a hybrid hatchback that switches between its petrol engine and its electric motor, which saves fuel in the slow traffic of towns and on long drives. It is quiet, easy to drive and widely used in Sri Lanka, so it is simple to get help for it.

It is a good car for a trip from the airport to Galle, Kandy or the Cultural Triangle: it is smooth on the expressways and economical on the A-roads. It is a low car, so it is best on paved roads.
