A Battlefield Site: The name 'Yudaganawa' means 'Battlefield,' and legend says this is where Prince Dutugemunu and his brother Tissa fought for the throne.
Massive Base: The stupa has a diameter of over 300 feet, making it one of the largest brick structures in the Uva region.
