HBS rents vehicles to companies, NGOs, banks and other organisations in Sri Lanka, for a single project or as a regular monthly arrangement.

A monthly corporate rental includes the servicing, and we send a replacement car if yours has to go to the workshop. You do not have to run a fleet of your own.

Corporate rental options

Companies use us for short project hires, staff transport, executive cars and long-term fleets. A dry lease provides a vehicle only; a wet lease provides the vehicle with a dedicated professional driver.

What a corporate agreement covers

Agreements are written for your needs and typically address the following. Ask for each point in writing.

The vehicles, the term and the monthly charge
Consolidated monthly invoicing
Servicing and maintenance, and an immediate replacement vehicle during scheduled maintenance
Mileage allowance and the charge for extra kilometres
Named drivers and the insurance excess
A dedicated account manager with 24/7 support

How to start

Send us the number and type of vehicles, the start date and the duration, whether you need drivers, and your invoicing requirements. We reply with a written proposal. For stays of one month or more, also read our monthly car rental guide.

How to start a corporate account

Send us your company name, the type and number of vehicles, the period and the drivers or chauffeurs required. We reply with a proposal and, for long hires, a draft agreement. Consolidated monthly invoicing and a dedicated account manager are part of the service. For one-off events, such as conferences or visiting delegations, a quote for a fixed date is quicker than a full account.

Questions companies ask

Common questions are who is the named driver, what happens when a car is serviced, how extra kilometres are billed, how a damaged vehicle is handled and how quickly a replacement arrives. The answers should be in the agreement, not in conversation only; ask for each in writing.
