HBS agreements for several months carry lower daily rates, include routine servicing and tyre replacement, and come with a replacement car if yours has to be repaired.

Who long-term rental suits

What a long-term agreement includes

Agreements are multi-month and include periodic mechanical servicing, tyre replacement and wear-and-tear servicing, with a 24/7 replacement car guarantee if your car must go to the workshop. The hirer checks coolant, oil level and tyre pressure daily and reports any warning light immediately.

Choosing a car

A hybrid sedan is economical for daily use. A crossover such as the Honda Vezel gives more clearance. A Prado suits frequent rough-road trips. See the car list for the vehicles currently available.

What to send us

Send the start date, the length of stay, the kind of car, the expected distance each month and whether there will be a second driver. For residents, tell us whether your documents cover the whole period. We reply with a monthly rate and the main terms.

When your plans change

Contracts are flexible, with easy renewal or early adjustment. Tell us as soon as you know you will extend or leave early, since another customer may be booked for the car after you.
