What a limousine booking involves

A limousine is booked for a block of time, with a chauffeur dedicated to your schedule. You tell us the start and finish, the places to be visited and the number of passengers. We confirm the vehicle, quote the package and agree how extra time is charged. Packages start from four-hour bookings and run to multi-day hires.

Features

Our limousines are chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles with climate control, privacy dividers, ambient lighting, a sound system and leather upholstery. Features differ from car to car, so ask what the specific vehicle on your date has.

Things to check

What to send us

Tell us the date, the start and end times, every stop, the number of passengers and the purpose of the booking. Photographs of the vehicle can be sent on request, and you are welcome to see it before you confirm. We confirm the package, the hours and how an overrun is charged in writing.

On the day

Allow time at each stop for photographs and arrivals. Keep a contact number for the chauffeur and tell him or her about any change of plan. At venues with narrow gates or steep drives, the chauffeur will set you down at the nearest suitable point.
