Every wedding booking comes with a uniformed chauffeur. If you want flowers or ribbons on the car, tell us when you book and we arrange the decoration.
We take wedding cars to hotel and ballroom weddings in Colombo, ceremonies in Kandy, and beach weddings in Galle and Bentota. The same car can carry the bride and groom and, if you book a second car, the bridal party.

How wedding car hire works
You tell us the date, the venue, the times of each movement and the style of car you have in mind. We confirm which vehicles are free, send photographs and quote an hourly, half-day or full-day package. You are welcome to inspect the car in person at our facility, or ask for a video, before you confirm.
On the day a uniformed chauffeur arrives at the agreed time with the car cleaned and decorated as agreed. The driver knows the route and the venue, and stays with the car for the booked time so that the couple can leave when they wish.

Planning and timing
Book at least one to three months ahead, and earlier for popular auspicious dates and weekends. Give us the exact time of the ceremony and any auspicious moment (nekath), plus the places to be visited. What to send us to get a quote
Send the wedding date, the ceremony and reception venues, the time the car is needed from and until, the number of people for each vehicle and the decoration you have in mind. Photographs of flowers, ribbons or colour schemes help. We reply with the vehicles available on your date, photographs and a package price. Everything is confirmed in writing before you pay.
On the wedding day
Give the chauffeur the names and numbers of two contacts who are not the couple, and a one-page schedule. Keep the car where the couple can reach it without crossing the crowd, and keep umbrellas ready in case of rain. After the last movement, confirm with the chauffeur that the booking is complete.
